Reed Henkelman formed Center Commercial Realty Advisors in October of 2000.

Formerly, Reed attained the qualifications as a First Vice President with
CB Richard Ellis, Ventura office, specializing in Commercial Real Estate Sales, Leasing and Consulting Services. Mr. Henkelman has been involved from the pre-development planning to lease-up of over 5 million square feet of retail projects in the Tri-County region over the last 20 years. He has played an integral role with major local shopping centers including; the Marketplace at Plaza Del Norte, Shopping at the Rose, Camarillo Town Center, Camarillo Premium Outlets, Westlake North and the redevelopment sale of the Esplanade Mall. Mr. Henkelman has extensive experience in investment and development transactions, and on both sides of landlord/tenant negotiations. Because of his expertise and impressive client base, he has played a major role in the ever changing retail environment of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.

Debra Jones joined Center Commercial Realty Advisors in the Fall of 2004 as a Marketing Associate. After spending years in the title industries Debra serves as a marketing assistant in the retail department of Center Commercial Realty Advisors.

Reene Robins joined Center Commercial Realty Advisors in November of 2002 as a Leasing Assistant and the Office Administrator. Reene assists the brokers with the leasing and sales of retail properties in the Ventura/Santa Barbara County areas. She also assists in the marketing, negotiations and administration of the execution of leases and lease renewals for retail owners. Reene is responsible for the administrative operation of the office.

Reene was previously employed by CB Richard Ellis. She attained the title of Vice President and was responsible for the leadership, direction, administration and operation of the Ventura and Santa Barbara offices.

Joanne Berger joined Operon Group and Center Commercial Realty Advisors in April of 2002 as a property management and leasing agent. Joanne is the onsite manager of retail and business centers of approximately 650,000 square feet of rentable space.

Prior to joining Operon Group, Joanne has worked with Investors Media Group and Ennis Realty as a Property Manager and Executive Assistant. Her responsibilities included all maintenance, tenant relations, monthly communication with tenants and owners, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collections.
